Description I think that it was originally a ring and some of the stones must have been moved out of the way when the road was built many, many years ago.

I've been going through the backlog of photos that people have e-mailed me. (that is 2007 completed and thanks very much to Runemage for helping process them)

This is an intriguing one - I thought they would be good to find on Street View, and indeed there they are.

To me they look like a modern arrangement set up by people from the nearby large house. I'm not convinced the stones look ancient. More information or a site visit welcome.

Andy,
COFLEIN map doesn't suggest anything ancient is likely to be found - there are entries on their database for several items of interest in the Glan-Rhyd property [http://www.coflein.gov.uk/en/site/300531/details/GLANRHYD%2C+CASTELL+DWYRAN/] the lane leads to, but even zooming right in on the triangle on their map gives nothing worth a diversion? I will have a look next time I am passing though....
