|Description ||The natural preserve 'Naturschutzgebiet Radegasttal' stretches 2km|
in NNW-SSE orientation along the east border of the meandering river
Radegast, 4km NNW of the town Gadebusch.
It is a mixed forest, and you can enter it from the NNW end near Neu Benzin.
A small path leads you along the forests border, and you come along a number
of very old trees with almost 2m diameter.
(It might be mosquito infested in summer)
There are the remains of four tombs in this forest.
One (not listed in Sprockhoff's Atlas) is located on top of a height close to Neu Benzin.
It was destroyed in 1899, the stones were used for the building of a road.
Nowadays only three stones are visible.
