Description Temple_Stones_at-NJ953163 in Aberdeenshire appear on the OS 1:50000. Burl does not list them as a Stone Circle and there seem to be three main stones. The field was in crop so I couldn't get too close.

Information from Shire Archeologist :- Re Temple Stones NJ91NE0006 Recumbent stone circle; only the recumbent, its flankers, both fallen, and a fourth stone remain. Three smaller stones at the site may have formed part of the circle. Several of the stones bear cup-marks. Field clearance heap in the centre of the site.
