A Black Mountains group long cairn measuring 75’ by 51’ with a rectangular N-facing burial chamber set off-centre. It has 3 wallstones and a sloping capstone and was over 4' high but the floor level has risen over the years so that the clearance is now under 3'. The chamber opens on to a rectangular forecourt. |

(2004-05-11) | blimey. A capstone still in place. I visited 8 Black Mountain long cairns the other weekend, and not one still had a visibly covered chamber. Mustnt miss this one next time ! | Kay K
