The stone has a three- ringed circle with an interlaced cross going through from all four sides, and four more tiny three ringed circles inside each of the four cross sections. There is a Latin inscription CUNQ EXPLI CAUIT HNO DAB ENE DIXIONE PNOANI MAHINOID FILIUS CANO who is an unknown Romano-British person of the 5th-6th century CE. |
