(2010-09-16) | At least 6000 if you count in the largely destroyed sites. Depending on the author the numbers vary, but 6000 is the lowest count afaik. | SolarMegalith
(2010-09-17) | The most popular number is 6500 - 7000, including about 300 protonuraghes (known also as corridor-style nuraghes, opposite to tholos-style ones like Nuraghe Burghidu), which are the oldest form of the nuraghe. |
