Contact them for permission to reproduce it. |  | | Description | Caer Leb is a rectilinear settlement enclosure, with double ditches and banks defining an area 200 feet by 160 feet. Some have interpreted it as a mediaeval homestead with moat (indeed, some of the ditches get very water logged). However, finds of a 3rd Century AD brooch, a 4th Century denarius of Postumus, and Roman pottery and quernstones date the site much earlier than mediaeval. Like the Din Lligwy Settlement, the CADW guidebook says it possibly has its origins earlier than the 3rd Century, but does not say upon what grounds. There is also hut circle, which was paved, and had a hearth.
Parking is just a little further to the north, pulling tightly into the verge. Access is no problem, but the ground (in places) appears to be boggy much of the time, so decent footwear is required.
