It was build side by side with the even longer 115 m 'Vedsted Langdysse 1'.
Earth mound from 1.50 to 2.00 m high, somewhat disturbed by excavations.
10 m from barrows SW-end a hole straight to the hill bottom, about 7-8 m wide.
Herein seen a bursted stone, most likely one of a chambers orthostats.
22 m from SW-end a similar hole with opening towards N.
34 m from NE-end a third hole.
Only a small number of kerb stones survived, most of them hidden
and covered with earth.
Part of the impressive Vedsted 'Femhøje' complex.
('Femhøje' = Five Hills / Barrows)
A Round Barrow with almost complete kerb stones, three Long Barrows;
one of these with a lot of still visible kerb stones and an astounding length of
115 meters, a beautiful and well preserved passage grave, plus one of those
danish 'Jættestue' that you can explore from inside the chamber.
