Description of the site:
Round barrows to the west of Gorsedd, with an imposing location at the highest point immediately next to the village, adjacent the road. There is only one barrow immediately visible, which lies across the boundary of two properties on the south side of the road. Coming into Gorsedd from the west, the barrow is unmissable.
One can only suppose a relationship with the standing stones not far to the east, both of which are now in private gardens, after a phonecall to the vicar of Gorsedd yielded a little more information.
