At barrows foot a ring of 35 kerb stones 0.75-1.25 meter tall.
In the middle a chamber set of 8 uprights
and two passage stones (the northern overthrown).
Passage extends towards east.
Over chambers N-W corner part of a blown capstone.
Chambers size two meters in NW-SE, 1.70 m in N-W,
1.10 m wide S-E.
No one seems to take care for the monument, despite the location
right at a street with family houses. Tall grass hides all the kerb stones. |
| Posted Comments: Martin L (2010-07-27) | Great pictures. Possible DKC is wrong about the type. It more looks like a Type IV Dolmen (polygonal dolmen with passage) instead of a passage grave in this pictures. And some of the chamber orthostats look unusually small. | holger rix (2010-07-27) | You're right, the Danish description is a little undecided. |
