Description The stones are massive (the 2 capstones and some uprights weigh up to 10 tons) and once formed a rectangular chamber 12' long and 7' high entered through a facade of sarsen stones. The owner will suggest you try dowsing rods. Do so, because you will be able to trace out the full extent of the chamber and long gone mound. TQ 652 592
