Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | A drawing/illustration of The early 15th century 'Chapel of our Lady of the Crag' on Abbey Road, Knaresborough - a wayside shrine en-route to St Robert's Priory. St Robert of Knaresborough lived as a hermit close by in a cave at Grimhall Bridge. He died in 1218 and his tomb is inside the chapel. The lifesize statue is that of a crusader knight, and probably not St Robert. |
