Contact them for permission to reproduce it. |  | | Description | Carrowmore 4 comprises a cist C14 dated to 4650 - 4500 cal BC although another dating gives a younger date of 3150 - 2950 cal BC. If the earlier date is used at around 6500 years old it is the oldest site so far determined at Carrowmore. Its 28 stones form an oval of approx 12 metres diameter. |
