Description Oblique aerial of the 55m chambered and kerbed long-barrow. View towards SW. The width is up to 8m and largest in the SW. Hence Sprockhoff et al. assumed a slightly trapezoid shape. Except for one kerb-stone (overgrown, but marked with an "x" in this photo) and some fragments all megaliths supporting the nowadays eroded earthwork are robbed, but hollows and ditches are left from the extraction (probably in the early 19th century, when most megalithic tombs were abused as quarries). The chamber is located near the SW end. The orthostats are preserved in situ, but only one out of 4 chamber-capstones remained. Lateral entrance between the third and the north-easternmost orthostat of the south-eastern longside. Two passage orthostats are preserved in situ as well as the entrance stone. The clear chamber size was determined as 5m x 1,5m x 1,5m.
