The circle was completely surrounded by gorse, ferns and other growth, which made getting to the stones practically impossibe. Getting a photo was difficult too. To get this picture I had to climb on top of the wall surrounding the field the circle is in.
Surely these monuments deserve better treatment |

(2010-03-25) | Now, if you were a cow, or anything else for that matter, and you had been allocated this area to graze in, where would you stand ? In the nice circle, or amongst all that gorse and bracken ? I wouldn't have thought it needed rocket scientists to work this one out, but apparently some people couldnt figure it out.
