I think 18 is the one with a carved slot which looks like a handle. despite the group being told not to touch the carvings and limited to fifteen persons three or four people gripped this "handle" and so its colour is changing with the oil from many hands touching it. I have seen this effect at places like Ankor Wat where the breasts of statues are blackened from folk fondling them. |

(2009-11-10) | These patterns have always reminded me of fingerprints. Does anyone think the ancient people could have based some of these designs on their own, for whatever reason? |
