13 orthostats ('Wandsteine') of most likely 16 are deep in the ground of the still 1.7m high barrow,
and four capstones are still resting on the chamber.
Its a 'Grossdolmen', an Extended Dolmen with seven pairs of uprights on the long sides.
There are further remains, most likely fragments of another bursted capstone, treated with explosives. |
