Description Of undecided provenance, this is possibly a souterrain or chambered grave at HY440090. Could be later though.

Is it the same site as this chambered tomb discovered in 1998? http://www.orkneydigs.org.uk/crantitdig/

No , though the original 1850's reference was to the Crantit area this site which the OS related it to in the 1960's is a little further along , in the region of Upper Scapa . But I feel there lies a lot more still undiscovered between Crantit and Scapa Bay .
