(2009-08-16) | Spoke to staff on Friday and they told me that the temporary display will only be in the library until July 2010, when that too closes to enable the displays and collections to be set up in the newly restored main building in Queen Street, which is due to open early 2011. They also pointed out that the Local Studies library is upstairs in the building where they are by the main library. (They're not IN the local studies library!) | AngieLake

(2011-10-31) | Just noticed that some benevolent browser gave a generous '1' for this photo!... Am I missing something?? | Andy B
(2011-12-15) | Perhaps they were disappointed it was shut. I'm pleased to say it's now reopen but I couldn't find an image of the new frontage minus the coloured boards |
