Contact them for permission to reproduce it. |  | | Description | 800 yards SW of this stone at Grid ref SH375782 there is remains of an Iron Age Earthwork,only about 50yds of the Northern rampart are visable.Time team have made a progamme about this site, and found Roman coins and the burial of a child in the centre of the site beleived to be Neolithic.I have based my plan of the site on information from the Time Team web site,Carn.Coflein and Aerial photos.There is a lot of crop markes in nearby fieds whitch indicate that this was a large faming settelment |
