(2009-01-02) | This is the entrance of the cave; right at the top of the hill; at this point the hill itselfis only about 10 meters thick, due to the quarry behind which has reduced the whole to an ugly cavity; indeed, while quarrying, the back of the cave was broken into, and then work stopped and the hole covered with stones; will post a photo soon.
Also in the hill there was a fine cave set which is all but destroyed now. | TauCeti
(2009-01-03) | And the metal grate was put there by the quarry people because the cave has been vandalized; mind you, two years ago there was a big lock and an info placard placed there by the management, and that also has been vandalized. |
