(2009-01-03) | Thanks for your comment. Another suggestion was a telescope position but as the site was a mistery in 1874 this puts what ever it was back into the 1700's. It would be a strange place for a gun back then, it is in a very inaccessible place and there weren't big telescopes around in the 1700's. | rodders
