As a guide, Cheriton Bishop, on the A30, would be in the distance here.
To access this site, keep going north on a narrower track when by Giant's Grave, instead of following the main ridgeway path. As seen here, the track then heads away diagonally to the right, and rejoins the main ridgeway track, going downhill towards the menhir 'Headless Cross'. |
