Description The menhir is about 2 metres tall, and looks to be made from a different rock from the dolmen (although I am no geologist).

As you, I am no geologist, but having seen a lot of these places and stones in this region in the past, I think that the reddy brown colour indicates that the stone is quite freshly exposed. I believe that over time, the colour will fade to a more greyish shade. Of course, I might be completely wrong !
