The dip in the horizon to the left is at Lamorna, the tower on the horizon to the right is St Buryan. The Boscawen-Un stone circle is a short distance to the south-east, just off to the left of this photo. This is a composite image from two photographs.|
| This looks more like the Giant's Footprint in the rock, Jim. IIRC the 'basin' I photographed was on another outcrop just to the left of this one. Did you see anything of the little circle, or was it all overgrown? Strange atmosphere here!|
| It was overgrown. And yes you are correct, the basin is on the other rock, through that little pathway through the bracken towards the left of the picture.|
