| Posted Comments: theCaptain (2010-03-15) | visited here yesterday afternoon, and these stones are nearly invisible underneath the grass and other growth. Found it very hard to actually find the circle in its present condition. Lets hope its not getting swallowed up in this place forever! | AngieLake (2010-03-15) | I don't know if there is swaling going on up on the moor, but during the past few days I've noticed a lot of smoke going up in various places on the SE slopes visible from Newton Abbot town centre. However I'd not be able to see as far as this area, and don't know if the local vegetation requires it, but swaling would help to 'unearth' them again! |
