Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | This circle originally consisted of 9 stones, one of which has disappeared and been replaced with a small boulder. It has a grand total of 3 outliers, the nearest of which lies just to the SE, less than a metre in height. The largest stone is 2m tall, and all the flat faces of the stones face inwards. Set in a natural amphitheatre formed by the surrounding hills, this is a magical place. |
| Posted Comments: Kathleen Gillis (2003-11-09) | In March of 2003, after much hardship and personal torment, I was able to find and photograph these standing stones. I believe that being up to my mid-calfs in muck with a MacLean was eventually worth the effort. I was finally able to capture a wonderful snapshot and the Clans Member and I did eventually speak.
