Barrow 1 most probably is a heavily disturbed (bronze age) barrow. Otherwise the hollows possibly could be left from removing a megalithic chamber. At least an approved, but completely destroyed megalithic tomb is nearby.
Barrow size is appr. 18 x 14m, height 2m. An atmospheric and remote site [January 2008].
