This is the second stone in the circle, counting clockwise from north. The soil around the base of the stone has been worn away by cattle that use the stones as scratching posts, and sheep that shelter behind the stones on the bare moor. The stone in the background is the eighth one. The fallen first stone is off to the right. The hill in the distance is Fox Tor. |
