I estimated the alignment to be 220 degs. |

To SE and NW the ground can be seen sloping downwards, leaving the dolmen on a sort of 'plateau-like' ceremonial arena, perhaps?
(My modern brain is thinking 'tree-less' - thinking of that great alignment to Kes Tor! - but maybe it was all wooded?) |
