Description This shows the alignment of the curiously oval-shaped prominent SW stone at Belstone's Nine Stones with the distant Tor, measured here at 234 degs. (I believe it is 'Yes Tor' in the distance, the highest on Dartmoor at 619m, though 'High Willhays', just south of it, is nearly as big at 618m.)
It seems to be a favourite bird-perch!
