Recently had the pleasure of meeting Mabe's Reverend, a very nice man who pointed out that you can see over to St Dennis parish (just South West of St Austell, quite a distance) on a clear day.
Up close, in the region of 5' 8" from the ground, you can make out a very small cross carved into this menhir. |
