Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | This gorse and bracken covered mound is the bowl barrow centred on SU41000260. It is the largest of a line of four to the east of the Moonhills car park. The EH record of scheduled monuments says that the barrow is 14 metres in diameter and nearly 1 metre high. The top of the barrow mound features a slight hollow, which is probably a result of early antiquarian digging or barrow robbing. This photo was taken close to dusk, hence the awkward lighting conditons. |
