(2007-06-16) | It had been many years since I have been to Drizzlecombe, and I had forgot quite how wonderful a complex it is. A possible four stone rows, one a double, 3 massive longstones at the ends of three of them, 3 stone circles around the cairns at the top of 3 of the rows, and up to 22 cairns, many with cists in them.
There are also many ancient settlements and huts here, many of which are to be seen on the hillside just above the heads of the main stone rows.
