According to the National Monuments Record the barrow is 17 metres in diameter and up to 0.5 metres tall (!). Medieval and post-medieval tracks (hollow ways) cross the site from east to west, disturbing the mound and its surroundings. It is mostly overgrown with gorse. The more prominent bowl barrow on Furzley Common is about 75 metres to the north of this small barrow. |
