Description This low mound is picked out on the horizon( from the the valley floor) by a large tree, which is probably oak. It has excellent views across to Chrome (Dragon's Back) and Parkhouse Hills in the Upper Dove Valley. I can see why they chose this as a final resting place! Although marked on the map, I have only found one passing reference to this barrow, which was not informative.

In the photo: Parkhouse is below the horizon on the left - Chrome is sticking out above the horizon on the right.
