Description This was taken at sunset on the 2nd August 2006 and is one of a group of fantastic photo's. The light was incredible and the atmosphere electric...with just myself and 7 others inside the stones there was a genuine feeling of connection with our ancestors. Right now, they would be celebrating the harvest and charting the dying of the light as the summer sun sank slowly towards the horizon.
There is no alteration at all on this shot; none necessary. Category *A*

Having had a number of emails from folks who think I have 'enhanced' this shot - i would just like to reassure everyone out there that i have not...in any way, no brightness, contrast, colour alteration, filters - on a tiny little fuji 'christmas cracker gift-size' camera? - I wouldn't even know how to! Neither have I added in the sun later...

I have all the original shots, with their originalfile numbers saved on my pc. This was one of a series, the others either side are just as spectacular lightwise, but not as cetnred, whcih is why I chose this one.

whilst I appreciate that some may enahnce their pics, it is not me - and I am beginning to feel slightly put out...lol...

A nice shot - sunbursts are difficult to predict. More importantly, were the stones intended to produce this effect ?

It's a great moment well captured. Dont know why you might be getting emails about enhancement, this shot definitely looks bona fides!
