(2006-10-23) | Hi jackdaw! Thanks for your praise. I was here in September, and if you look on the site page you'll see me raving about how much I loved it! Shame about the quality of the films though, which I complained about when they (8!) were processed. After re-processing, they weren't any better. Shan't go there again (after several years!) as they 'can't get the same quality free films any more', as part of the processing deal.
Has anyone tried the ASDA value-pack of Fuji 200 35 ml films? Again, I didn't realise when I scanned this one that there was that little trail of almost 'sticky' marks along the top! I've had problems with this lately, and am wondering if it's to do with the processing, as all my old photos scanned perfectly last night? (Obviously, I keep cleaning the scanner screen and 'drying' the photo if it happens again, so I'm mystified.) |
