Note hole in front Stele. Bronze age Megalithic tomb with arc shaped facade. About 6 Km East of Tempio Pausania in Sardinia. 9 Meter long with 21 meters wide arc shaped stone slab facade and large stone stelle. This tomb has been restored and has 13 of 14 cap stones intacts. South east oriented. This tomb has a larger than usual mound in order to bring the rear up level as it faces up hill. A new paved path and parking lot has been built, but new bridge is still under construction. Access requires climbing over barbed wire fence and fording river on old planks. 437 Meters altitude. |
