The programme used allows you to strip texture from the 3D image, thus showing the carving in all its glory. With the programme you can fly round the rock & look at the stones underbelly, which I’ve found invaluable for deciphering motifs.
The 3D models are constructed from images taken by a 5.1mp Nikon Coolpix 5400 (about £160 now).
