Contact them for permission to reproduce it. |  | | Description | A 3D image of the Dobrudden Stone, using the stereo photograph method currently being piloted by the Northumberland & Durham Rock Art Project. This particular method is generally referred to as photogrammetry.
Although, it doesn’t have the accuracy of laser scanning, its infinitely more practical for mass recording & still produces excellent results. Using photogrammetry around Ilkley I’ve been able to identify previously unrecorded motifs on known carvings & also confirmed the existence of grooves that have disappeared from recent drawings.
