A very short distance brings you to a church on your left. Park at the east end of the graveyard and cross the road towards the river. There, a path leads to the river and a plaque on a wall tells you about the well. Facing the river a less distinct path leads to the well. Once identified the path quickly becomes more obvious with steps and a hand rail. The well is at the end of this short path but may well be overgrown with vegetation. |
