Some lovely clear photos, what sort of camera do you use?

Ditto, the camera is a Canon EOS 20D according to the exif. You can download a free program called IEXIF which lets you right click on a photo in IE and get a full listing of the camera data (exposure, date/time, camera settings etc.) you can find out in an instant what camera was used, when, focal length etc. Fairly useful: http://www.opanda.com/en/iexif/index.html

And what software to shrink them to this smaller size without losing all the definition !

If you use photoshop or photoshop elements, use the unsharp mask on resized images, best setting I've found for web images that have already been sharpened before making them smaller is Amount: 250 Radius: 0.2 Threshold:0 Try it and vary the amount for best results.

Thanks for the comments - the light was very good on Saturday. I'm using a Canon 20D, as Ken said, with the 10-22 EFS lens. I use Adobe Lightroom Beta for editing. The export on it allows you to specify the maximum height/width (750 in this case) and the quality as a percentage to keep it under the 200Kb.
