Description This is one of 3 monoliths you can still see around the Hill, this particular stone stands about 4ft. Just to the left of the stone there seems to be an old track way, with possible ditches on either side.
It’s not entirely clear which epoch these stones belong to, although one is said to be medieval (Reaps Cross) & has an association with an old corpse route.
Oodles of lithics & a few cup marked rocks have also been discovered in the area.
