IT IS A RELEIF TO FIND IT AFTER TRAVELLING UP THE STEEP, NARROW ROADS. IT IS AN OLD BURIAL CHAMBER, C.2500BC, AND THE AREA AROUND IT IS STILL INTACT. THERE IS NO PARKING, AND YOU HAVE TO CLIMB OVER A STILE TO GET THERE. THE VIEWS OF THE RIVER FROM THE FIELD BELOW IS WORTH THE DETOUR. |
