Description The hut circle (? if this is what it is, and not anything more important?) next to Assycombe double stone rows. Rodney S of Devon Dowsers stands in the centre of the rows, left above.
The stones are quite substantial, and the circlet of twigs (see visit report on site page) was found near the slipped pile centre right. Maybe it was originally placed on top of these stones, which are rather altar-like? The cloutie was tied to the small tree above it.
