Ok, I own up. This picture is a composite of two photographs, however they were both taken at the Castlerigg site on the same day. I liked the sky in one but didn't have anything in the foreground whereas in the other photo I had a good shot of the circle but the background was disapointing. So I thought I put them together to create the photo you see above.
The darkness of the photograph at the edges is due to effect of the lens I was using, however I have tried to compensate for this using a filter in Photoshop but it ruins the overall look of the picture so I left it as it was. I hope you like it regardless of its origin. |
