It was created in September 2002 by using a combination of dowsing, tractor with JCB front end [to move the bales, not the stones] and a bit of human rolling. From a distance it feels complete - not many of the recumbent stone circles of Aberdeenshire are any more, so adding the bales has had the effect of enclosing, perhaps even 'regenerating'. |
