Description This is the Pinnacles, 100km North of Perth Western Australia. There is a circle in the top right. These stones are a natural formation of limestone. There are several theories on their origin. one is that they were once trees.

Impressive strong red light, upon these amazing geological oddities. The atmosphere is further enhanced by the deep and long shadows. An excellent image of the Western Australian landscape.

Thanks for the beautiful view of those unusual formations. They look like old teeth coming out of the face of the earth.
