Description Natural stone, whose name translates to "Baptismal Font" due to its shape, in the hill and woods of Heubach, Hessen.

The sign posts up the hill and to the designated parking area however all lead to the "Frauenstein" menhir 5 Meters away.

The 2 stones are thought to belong to a prehistoric grave, but no archeological excavation will take place as this would ruin the atmosphere. Their first mention is from about 1000 CE. In recent centuries, open air baptism ceremonies have take place here as the stones grew in popularity.
